The PULSE Program by Youth MOVE PA is designed to foster wellness and resiliency among youth and young adults through a recovery-oriented approach, led by a team of certified peer professionals. Each team will include peers with lived experience who have firsthand experience within the child and adult serving system, ensuring comprehensive, empathetic support tailored to the needs of young individuals. Peer support is widely acknowledged across the globe as a vital component of recovery for individuals experiencing mental health challenges. The value and impact of peer-delivered services are backed by a robust body of evidence. Studies consistently show that increased involvement with peer specialists correlates with reduced psychiatric symptoms and plays a significant role in supporting sustained recovery from both mental health challenges and substance use disorders.

Through the PULSE Program, we are providing youth and young adults with the necessary tools and resources to navigate the complexities of transitioning into adulthood. Our team-based approach ensures that each youth and young adult receives personalized support tailored to their unique needs. By leveraging the expertise of our Certified Peer Professionals, we can offer guidance, emotional support, and practical assistance to young individuals, helping them achieve successful recovery-focused outcomes.
