PA MENTAL HEALTH
CONSUMERS' ASSOCIATION

Driving Recovery Across PA is Pennsylvania Mental Health Consumers' Association (PMHCA) and the Youth Move PA's (YMPA) way to share and attend as many events as possible in Mental Health Awareness Month. It marks a pivotal moment in the push for a comprehensive, recovery-oriented approach within Pennsylvania's mental health system.

Throughout the of May, our dedicated team of staff members, board representatives, and passionate PMHCA members, along with valued allies, will embark on a statewide tour. This tour will see us actively participating in mental health awareness events across Pennsylvania, assuming roles as speakers, vendors, and ardent supporters.

In the middle of all this statewide traveling, we will be actively advocating at the highly anticipated Mental Health Advocacy Day event, set against the iconic backdrop of the Capitol steps on May 6th. Join us as we amplify our voices, advocate for change, and drive forward the movement towards a more inclusive and recovery-focused mental health landscape in Pennsylvania.
